DRILL DESCRIPTION AND SET UP

Separate 2 teams, create one door in the middle of them and put 2 coordination stations left and right of door. The first player pass ahead and choose a side randomly. Just before the pass must say a direction for the receiver ahead. Player who pass must say "right" or "left" and the next player pass and go to "left" or "right" and do coordination. The next players do the same again and again. If two players meet to the coordination station communicate and choose one for themselves. After a pass across go there to the last position and wait for your turn.

RULES-RESTRICTIONS
