DRILL DESCRIPTION AND SET UP

2 teams and a joker team. Objective is Blue to play 1-2 with the red(joker) shoot and then goes fast to play 1v2 with the black. If blues recover they ball they try to score in the small post or pass to coach.

RULES-RESTRICTIONS

Players:

Player has to play 1-2 at the start.

Black players try to score without any delay.

Offensive Players:
