DRILL DESCRIPTION AND SET UP

We create one area with 2 main goalposts. We have 2 Goalkeepers and 3 different colored teams. 2 teams start the game and the other team start coordination skills to a ladder or to something else. The "waiting team" must do coorination and the same time must have their eyes one the game (not back to there). In the game, the team who achieve to score have the ball again from the defence with a pass from the goalkeeper. The team who receive the goal go out for coordination and the other team comes inside. They must come fast because the scoring team can start and score without opponents (transition). If the teams play for more than 2 minutes the older team goes out and the "coordination team" comes inside.
