DRILL DESCRIPTION AND SET UP

We create one square and separate 2 teams. We have 2 opponents per time ahead to each other (look picture). One side run with the ball and run fast to enter the square, and the same time the opponent make the same without ball. The ball holder must feint - dribble the opponent and choose one side to score. If the defender steal the ball must choose the other side to score

RULES-RESTRICTIONS

Offensive player:

He must reach to the square first and then choose one side

He can't change direction when he leave the square to one side

Defensive player:

If he steal the ball into square, choose whatever side he wants

If he steal the ball outside of the square, he must try to score to the other side

OBJECTIVES

Feint - Dribbling
