DRILL DESCRIPTION AND SET UP

2 teams on each sides of the rectangle. We also have 2 jokers at the furthest side of the rectangle. Players start at the same moment. Aim is to drive the ball to my teammate at the other side of the rectangle, jokers pass their ball in order to mark and hit the 2 teams, after all players drive the ball to the other side the last player runs to take the flag.

RULES-RESTRICTIONS

PLAYERS

Players must do at least 3 touches to reach the other side. Last player receives the ball and then runs without it to take the flag.

JOKERS

Jokers must receive the ball before thay pass it again.
