DRILL DESCRIPTION AND SET UP

2 teams inside the square and 1 post on each side of the square. We play a possesion game 5v4. Black team has to make x passes in order to rentain possesion. Red team has to gain the ball and finish fast to any post in the square.

Attacking players has to keep the formation in order to widen the pitch and make x passes. Defending players has to block the passing lines and gain possesion in order to score a goal.
